Landscape Design Service Agreement Terms

Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Service Definition

    • This agreement covers remote landscape design services, including design plans, consultations, and revisions as specified in the project scope.

    • All designs are created based on client-provided information, photos, videos, and measurements.

  2. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required at the time of design delivery.

    • The design fee covers all agreed-upon deliverables, including initial designs and specified revision rounds

  3. Refund Policy

    • Design fees are non-refundable after any of the following milestones:

    • Initial design concepts have been delivered

    • Client has approved any portion of the design work

    • Multiple design options have been provided for the same area

    • Design revisions have been completed based on client feedback

    • These terms apply regardless of:

      • Decision to pursue design services with another provider

      • Change in project timeline or scope

      • Preference changes after design delivery

        Partial refunds may only be considered if [Company Name] is unable to deliver the agreed-upon design services

  4. Project Completion

    • The project is considered complete when either:

      • The client approves the final designs

      • The agreed-upon number of design options and revisions have been delivered

      • 60 days have passed since the last client communication despite reasonable follow-up attempts

  5. Design Ownership

    • All delivered designs remain the intellectual property of Gardenette, LLC

    • Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for their property only
